Ummm so this didn’t happen with my pregnancy with my daughter but anytime right now when I workout or do a light cardio exercise, I leak. I’m pretty sure it’s urine but not sure. Is this normal? So embarrassing in my exercise classes

Can totally be normal if your pelvic floor is weak, which can happen after birth and other pregnancies. I never had this issue with my first but now? I constantly pee myself if I sneeze, cough, throw up etc. Its frustrating

You can ask your OB about a referral to a pelvic floor specialist.

I actually preemptively scheduled with a pelvic floor therapist for September. I don't have pelvic floor pain currently, but my daughter is almost 3 and I was never able to wear tampons after having her, so there is something going on there! I think everyone should go to a pelvic floor therapist during/after pregnancy, because a lot of us ignore pain and discomfort. This pregnancy, I have to be careful when throwing up or coughing too hard, or I leak, which was never an issue before.

Could also be discharge. The amount we make during pregnancy is significantly increased to keep the vagin* clean. Get panty liners and you’ll be able to tell/smell which it is and save your underwear.

Id definitely mention to your OB about this. It could just be stress incontinence due to having more pressure on your bladder from baby. But also could be worth doing some pelvic floor exercises

Could be urine or could be cervical mucus

Follow up with your doctor. I thought i was just leaking pee and it was amniotic fluid. I called doctor and he told me to head to the er to make sure it wasn’t amniotic fluid and unfortunately it was. I had a slow leak and it was dilated at 22 weeks. I gave birth to my daughter at 24 weeks. This was my first pregnancy. Thankfully my daughter pulled through and is now 7.5 years old

I pee when I sneeze, or sometimes even from jumping. My pelvic floor is so bad. I need to get physical
