What bananas are best for banana bites?

I recommend using ripe bananas that have a few or several brown spots. However, they should be firm and not “soggy”.

Storage Tips

Keep frozen banana bites in a freezer-safe container or bag in the freezer for up to 2 months. It may help to let them sit at room temperature for a minute or so before consuming.

Marly’s Tips

When you come to the curve in the banana, cut and discard (or eat) an angled sliver to keep the banana slices even. These even slices will create symmetrical treats that look stunning and taste delicious!
